This section of your Business Plan should include any information or documents that further explain or exhibit decisions and obligations of your business. This could include:
- Product plans, drawings
- Building permits
- Licenses, permits or patents
- Credit reports
- Contracts
- List of your attorney, accountant and other business consultants
- Resumes of key employees
- Letters of reference
- Copies of leases
- Legal documents
- Appraisals
- Personal financial statements
- Relevant public relations material, newspaper articles about your business
- Current customer lists
- Market research data
- Photographs of your facilities and/or plans for modification
- Catalogs, sales brochures or other collateral information
